How We Earn Revenue
At Limitless, you always pay exactly the printed MRP — not a taka more — and nothing extra for delivery. When you place an order, we purchase your medicines on your behalf from licensed pharmacies and courier them to your home within 24 hours. Because we buy as the end purchaser, the pharmacy extends us the standard 5–7% retail discount that any final customer receives at the counter. We pass the full convenience of doorstep delivery on to you free of charge, and that 5–7% pharmacy discount is the margin we retain as our revenue. In other words, you receive your medicines at home at the very same MRP you would pay in-store, while our earnings come entirely from the pharmacy’s normal trade discount — never from any markup, surcharge, or hidden fee added to you.
